CCT Work Sessions™ are a unique blend of coaching, consulting, and training. These dynamic sessions allow our team to tackle sales challenges from different angles and create highly effective solutions.

Program Workflow

Like a doctor, we begin with an initial sales diagnosis process that helps us pinpoint priorities, identify the root causes of your sales challenges, and customize the program for your situation.
We’ll then use CCT Works Sessions™, detailed examples, worksheets, and templates to help you optimize, document, and delegate the 4 Pillars of The Extraction Model™.
Your program manager is available between sessions to provide feedback on your work and hop on Zoom calls to discuss hiccups, questions, and problem-solving.

Cancel any time with 30-days notice

If after the diagnosis process and first month of work sessions are complete you feel like the program is not a fit, we’ll provide a full refund.
