CCT Work Sessions™ are a unique blend of coaching, consulting, and training. These dynamic sessions allow our team to tackle sales challenges from different angles and create highly effective solutions.
Program Workflow
- Like a doctor, we begin with an initial sales diagnosis process that helps us pinpoint priorities, identify the root causes of your sales challenges, and customize the program for your situation.
- We’ll then use CCT Work Sessions™, detailed examples, worksheets, and templates to help you optimize, document, and delegate the 4 Pillars of The Extraction Model™.
- Your program manager is available between sessions to provide feedback on your work and hop on Zoom calls to discuss hiccups, questions, and problem-solving.

- Fixed monthly fee
- Paid prior to the 1st of each month

- No contract, month-to-month
- Cancel any time with 30-days notice
