We offer a limited number of one-on-one coaching engagements for owners, sales managers, or individual sales reps who need in-depth support on a weekly basis.

Coaching vs. Coach-sulting

 

Coaching and consulting are typically two different things. Whereas pure coaching seeks to draw out answers and solutions that already exist inside the person being coached, consulting involves an outside expert who suggests specifically what the person or organization should do.

We do coaching differently. We call it coach-sulting. As you’ve probably already guessed, it’s a combination of the two approaches.

In any given session, your coach may use traditional techniques, such as asking questions and facilitating self-exploration through the use of structured exercises combined with offering specific recommendations for what actions you need to take and how to execute them successfully.

While they use multiple techniques, our coaching engagements have one clear goal: helping you achieve yours.

Comprehensive and Flexible

 

While clients hire us to coach them on sales, the specific topics we cover over the course of the relationship tend to be far broader than that. Improving sales is not just about closing scripts and how to improve your sales skills. Sometimes we might talk about marketing. In other sessions, we may discuss challenges you’re having with your confidence, your coworker, or even an issue at home that’s impacting your performance at work. 

In the quest to help you achieve your sales goals, any and all topics are on the table. While we have a proven path and process, great results require flexibility. We tailor each coaching session to whatever is most pressing at the moment rather than sticking to a rigid, predetermined schedule.
